Ross owned my situation, and every other apartment locator did not care about the struggle

About a month and a half ago I had a hard time finding a new place to live, with the ups and downs of life and being a single parent my credit was not so good, so i Googled Apartment locators in Austin,tx and I found this great guy named Ross, he immediately told me what was available and what places would accept me with my situation, so I applied and surprisingly I was approved for a luxury type apartment, I was approved for a three-bedroom, but I did not like the fees and the price ,so I kind of started looking elsewhere, then I noticed every other apartment locator did not take my situation like Ross did, Ross owned my situation, and every other apartment locator did not care about the struggle that a lot of people go through to find good housing, so I called Ross back and asked him about a two bedroom and surprisingly my approval was still good. Ross was very understanding and very patient when I called him back ,he did not say are you sure you ready this time, he just called the apartment complex up and my prior approval was still good.Ross is the type of people that we need in America we all need to actually care about the next man. I will always refer people to Ross , as long as they are sincere about a second chance in life and not just to have a place to stay .Ross gave me the opportunity to be close to my job, to make the most money I can every week and to pay debt off and get my credit right, so I don’t have anymore hardships finding housing again, God bless you Mr Ross thanks for everything.

I SIGNED a lease to probably the perfect studio apartment!

With two broken leases behind me, I was in a bit of a pinch for a month trying to find any place in Austin. I googled something like, “Who will let me rent a place with my less than stellar credit history?” One of the hits was Austin Apartment Locators, but honestly I didn’t believe any of them would be helpful to me. Seriously, where do I begin?
I am leaving a relationship & needed to find a new home quickly. On a random Google search, I happened upon Ross & I am SO grateful that I did! He answered immediately & asked all of the right questions to ensure me he was working for me.
When I had the availability to look at the places he found for me (which were in all of the parameters I set), he immediately cleared his schedule & made all of the showing appointments for me.

I’ve recently been looking for apartments to move out because the current one has been causing me bad health issues that were quickly deteriorating and ruining my life. Because of a leasing issue I had in the past that I was tacked on to a lease with other people and they ended up being evicted when I ended up moving out early without any problems. Ross not only knows his stuff but he’s also well connected

After spending 3 months homeless and living out of a motel, I thought that I would never find an apartment in the Austin Metro Area that would rent to me with a broken lease and apartment debt. I literally went through 2 locators who either couldn’t find any apartments that would rent to me or found literally 1 complex in Williamson County that would but did not want to take diversion funds from an organization that combats homelessness. I thought I was going to be stuck in this motel FOREVER! That’s until I spoke with Ross Quade! He is/was a miracle worker, not only did he find me a nicer complex than the one that was recommended to me, he also did all the leg work, communication with the complex, and found ways to make it easier to be approved for a second chance property. Ross not only knows his stuff but he’s also well connected with the leasing staff at each individual property. One of the two prior locators found apartments in Austin that were second chance properties, through her colleagues, but they were not very safe, clean, or had any good reviews. When I spoke to Ross about one of those apartment complexes he immediately knocked down that choice and stated that he had a much nicer complex that had recent upgrades, was in a much nicer neighborhood, and had staff that cared about the outside aesthetic of the property. Finally, after being homeless for so long I will be moving into my new home tomorrow afternoon, and I can’t say that this ever would have happened without the knowledge, relationships, professionalism, and skill of Ross Quade…Thank you Ross, for all that you have done, in the speed you did in, I will forever and always be grateful for your services and expertise.
