Ross is truly a gem in the awful job of finding a place to stay in Austin. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about everything, extremely communicative, and applies zero pressure to your decision making. Oh, and he’s free (to you)!

I am leasing in a weird time where not a lot of things are available and he was there every step of the way, getting me tours, advice, everything. He even happily gives advice on listings he didn’t find for you/he may not get commission on–he did that for me multiple times. I can’t recommend his services enough.

He took my criteria and also applied basic screening to only give me places that would accept me (I’m not a particularly difficult person to get accepted for but still).
