The north upstairs corridor is a mindful use of space with double sink primary bathroom, two person walk in shower with glass tiles, and another bathroom for second bedroom. The backyard is xeriscape with granite gravel and Zosia artificial turf, and a Tigerwood fence serves as the perimeter. The stone patio allows for an outdoor living space while the white Oaks and Cedar Elm create an abundant of shade. There is also a concrete slab with dedicated 240V for a jacuzzi.
