After your payment and tour scheduling are complete:

  • I’ll review your form and confirm your search criteria
  • I’ll begin contacting each landlord or property to coordinate access
  • You’ll receive a personalized list of homes that fit your needs
  • I’ll confirm which homes are available for your selected date
  • You will receive a final tour itinerary with addresses, instructions, timing, and any entry/parking notes

You will always be kept up-to-date based on your preferred update frequency (instant alerts, daily, weekly, etc.).
