I got approved at my top choice

This was the best apartment locating service I’ve ever worked with. My rental history isn’t perfect, and I’ve been denied before, so I was nervous in trusting another apartment locator. But Ross blow me away! Within 24 hours of calling, he found me a list of places (both A-class and C-class), set up tours, and I got approved at my top choice. I thought I’d have to settle for somewhere crappy, but after talking to Ross I started having hope again. I ended up getting a luxury apartment with all the amenities I could ask for. He’s very knowledgeable about which complexes to go to and which ones he would not recommend. His expertise made decision making so easy!

it won’t cost you anything

I came across Ross and Austin Apartment Locators online, I can’t stress enough how great is was to have his help. He got me a place after failing to get through the third party verification process several times. He was very responsive and he did a virtual tour via Google Meets for me because I couldn’t physically be there on the property. I highly recommend him and I’m very thankful for how he helped me, if you are looking to move to the Austin area get in contact with him and believe or not it won’t cost you anything.

Ross was very helpful, with finding apartments and especially with setting up all of the appointments for me/ day planning so I could get all of my visits done back2back2back in a very short trip to Austin, I was able to find a place. I was able to fly in and immediately do a full day of walkthroughs without having to set up a single appointment myself, highly reccomend

He is honest, quick in response, and works with any issues

my husband has felonies from 6+ years ago that make alot of things extremely difficult for us to get approved for. so after countless exhausting months of searching for our next home, we reached out to Ross and he was able to provide us with the means and expertise that led us to the perfect place for me and my growing family. He is honest, quick in response, and works with any issues you may have. he is a lifesaver!

They handled everything for me!

This by far was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had using a Locator Service and especially when I’m moving to a different state. Ross and his team were very good with communication getting all of the properties that met my criteria of what I was looking for and most importantly staying on top of what works best for me. I highly recommend anyone who is moving into the Austin market to give these guys a call because they are absolutely amazing. They will handle setting up all of your appointments and make sure they give you an itinerary prior to you setting out for the day. From someone who works remotely and doesn’t have the time to make all these calls over to these different communities, They handled everything for me! Thanks again, Ross for all of your help and a special thanks to your team!

nice, luxury style, apartment even though my credit is poor

Marlene was super supportive and helpful. She was able to get me into a nice, luxury style, apartment even though my credit is poor. If you’re worried about getting denied or don’t want to spend $200+ just to find out your credit is hindering you leave it up to her. I applied to apartments where I made 4x the 2b2b rent and they weren’t willing to work with me whereas Marlene immediately found me a handful of good options to fit the needs of my family of 5. Top tier service all around.

Marlene and Ross made the entire process incredibly easy

My family and I are moving to the Austin area. My husband and I have less-than-perfect credit, which made the relocation a bit challenging. However, I discovered Austin Locators, and Marlene and Ross made the entire process incredibly easy. They both went above and beyond to help us. Great job, Ross!

Ross at Austin Apartment Locators is hands down the best locator I’ve dealt with so far! I contacted Ross after being offered poor service by two other local finders, and by that time I had only 8 days left to make a decision. Ross gave me a huge list of great apartments an hour after I first made contact, and had me scheduled for a tour the very next day! I was able to find the right place for me and all within one week! Great job, Ross!
